PhD students and young investigators applying to FEMS fellowships should send an email to Florence.ICYGMB31@gmail.com with the following information.Declaration of lack of funding-support from other institutions. Declaration of status (PhD student, undergraduate student). Title of the abstract submitted and letter of submission. We will notify the outcome of your request by email on May 31.


Members of the British Mycological Society or Microbiology Society can apply to them for Travel Grants to enable their attendance at ICYGMB31. These grants are available to applicants of all nationalities, and you do not need to be working in the UK or Ireland to qualify for funding. There is no fixed number of scholarships available.

Cancellation Policy - Terms & Conditions

Full Settlement of the registration fee is required in order for the registration to be confirmed
Changes in the registration will only be accepted if sent in writing to scaramuzzi@scaramuzziteam.com 
Replacements(=delegate name change) of confirmed registrations are subject to an administrative fee of 20 € per participant.
- 90% refund will be possible for the cancellation received before April 30th, 2023     50 € will be kept as administration costs.
- 50% refund will be possible for the cancellation received before    May 31st, 2023     50 € will be kept as administration costs.
After May 31st, 2023  cancellation will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made after the meeting

If the conference will be cancelled or postponed the fees will be kept from the organizing secretariat and NO refund will be due.
